Hand-pattied burgers, cornmeal-fried fish, plate-lunch line. Skills that actually transfer if you ever move on.

Full-timeFlat-top, fryer, plate lunch line. Lunch shift, Tue–Sat. We'll teach you a couple secrets, but they stay in the family.
Counter & service
Part-timeTake orders, run plates, keep folks happy. Weekday lunches. Good for students, retirees, anybody who likes talking to people.
Dishwasher / utility
Part-timeKeep the line moving. Weekend shifts available.
Catfish Friday hand
Friday onlyOne day a week, full chaos, lots of fish. We need an extra pair of hands by the fryer from 10–8.
