We're hiring

Work
with us.

nice folks, hot grill, weekends mostly back.

We're a small team. Small enough that you'll know everybody by your second shift. We pay fair and we don't pretend Saturday's gonna be slow when we know it won't be. If that sounds alright, scroll on.

Why folks stay

What it's like.

01

Family-owned, family-run

Mark and Lacey work the line right alongside everybody else. No corporate ladder, no district manager calling at 6am.

02

Tips and decent hours

Hourly + tips. Closed Sunday and Monday, so most weeks you'll have your weekends mostly back.

03

You'll learn real cooking
